These terms apply when you browse or shop with CarrBrief, operated by Nicholas Carr LLC. Please read them together with our privacy, shipping and refund policies.
Using the store
You must be an adult able to enter a binding agreement, or use the site with appropriate legal authority. Provide accurate contact and address information. Keep account credentials private and contact us if you suspect unauthorized use. Do not misuse the site, interfere with security or submit unlawful material.
Product information
We aim to describe each bag clearly. Colors can appear different across screens and lighting conditions. Materials, pocket arrangements, included straps and measurements vary by product. Do not assume that a feature shown on one style applies to another. A device screen diagonal or a bag’s exterior size does not establish internal fit.
If a listing contains a material error, we may correct it and contact you about an affected order. We do not use such corrections to impose an undisclosed price increase on an existing order.
Prices and orders
Prices are in U.S. dollars. The order summary displays the merchandise price, delivery charge and any applicable tax before an order is submitted. Keep a copy of your order details. An acknowledgment confirms receipt of a request; we may need to review address, availability or accuracy issues before fulfillment. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you and refund any amount collected for it.
Delivery and cancellations
We ship only to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC. Processing takes 1–3 business days; transit takes 2–7 days after dispatch. Standard shipping is free on a merchandise subtotal of $59 or more after discounts, and $6.99 below $59. See the Shipping Policy for details. Timing is estimated. Contact us promptly about cancellations or address changes; requests depend on the order’s progress.
Returns and refunds
You may request an eligible return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused with original packaging. We cover return shipping for quality issues, wrong items and transit damage; you cover it for other reasons. Inspection takes 3–5 business days after receipt, with refunds initiated after approval. Site content and fair use
The CarrBrief name, store design and original written content may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Product imagery may also be protected by its respective rights holders. You may use the site for personal shopping and share links to our pages.
Service limits and your rights
We take reasonable care in operating the store, but interruptions or errors can occur. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from misuse of the site or matters beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.
Applicable U.S. law governs these terms, with South Carolina law applying where appropriate and subject to mandatory consumer protections. If a concern arises, contact us so we can try to resolve it. Changes to these terms apply from publication and do not remove rights relating to earlier orders.
