When you contact us or use the store, we may receive your name, email address, telephone number, billing and shipping address, order details and the content of your messages. Account holders also provide login information. Do not include sensitive personal or financial information in a contact message.
Information used to operate the site
The site and hosting services may process IP addresses, browser and device details, security events and requests for pages. This helps deliver pages, diagnose errors and protect the store. Cart and session information keeps the items you select available as you move through checkout.
How information is used and shared
We use information to provide customer care, administer accounts and orders, arrange delivery, handle returns, maintain appropriate records and protect against misuse. Service providers that support hosting, email and delivery receive information needed for their work. We may also disclose information where legally required or reasonably necessary to protect rights and security. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We do not currently run optional analytics or marketing scripts. If optional tracking is introduced, it will require consent before loading.

You can also clear or block cookies in your browser, though blocking essential cookies can interfere with the bag, login or checkout.

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, including order records, customer requests, legal duties and dispute handling. We use reasonable safeguards and HTTPS to protect information, but no system can promise absolute security. Access is limited according to the work being performed.
Your requests
You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information we hold, subject to identity verification and applicable recordkeeping requirements. Depending on where you live, additional privacy rights may apply. Contact us with enough information to locate the relevant records; do not send identity documents unless requested through an appropriate channel. We will handle requests as required by applicable law.
Adults and external links
The store is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. External sites linked from our pages have their own privacy practices. Contact us if you believe a child has supplied information.
