Where we deliver
We deliver to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military APO/FPO/DPO addresses or destinations outside the United States.
Processing and transit are separate
- Processing: 1–3 business days. This is the time used to prepare an order before dispatch. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
- Transit: 2–7 days after dispatch. This is the delivery window after the parcel enters transit.
These are estimated windows, not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier disruptions, severe weather and address issues can affect arrival. If we learn of a material delay, we will contact you with the available information and the options applicable to your order.
Shipping charges
- Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $59 or more after discounts: free standard shipping.
- Orders below $59: $6.99 standard shipping.
The delivery charge appears in your bag and at checkout after the destination is entered. Any applicable tax is separate from the merchandise subtotal used for the shipping threshold.
Address details and tracking
Check the street address, apartment or unit number if applicable, state and ZIP code before placing an order. Contact us promptly if something needs to change; changes depend on the order’s progress. A dispatch notification includes tracking details when available. Tracking scans can take time to appear after dispatch.
If a parcel needs attention
For a missing parcel, unexpected tracking status or transit damage, contact us with your order number and relevant details. Photographs of damage and packaging can help us understand what happened. Keep the packaging while the issue is reviewed. Our Returns & Refunds policy explains the return options and shipping responsibilities.
